Client: We Rock Charlotte
Music Lab is the music lesson program offered by We Rock. Open to all ages, lessons are tailored to the student in a space where they can create, collaborate, and make mistakes. There are no limits to what a music lesson looks like for each student.
These four logo options were produced as possible identities in order to generate awareness and increase sign-ups for Music Lab and its programs.
A ROCKIN’ FINAL LOGO
This logo option shows how music connects us. Whether you’re creating music with others or listening to an impactful verse, you feel a sense of connection. Music Lab further facilitates this connection by bringing the community around them together through music.
No matter how the logo is locked up, the sense of connection through the fun characters shines through.
MUSIC LAB IN APPLICATION
With an audience of anyone from tweens to retirees, the visuals needed to be something that was appealing, engaging and energetic. Trying something new can be a scary, messy process. These visuals help show that Music Lab is here to make your transition to a rockstar a fun one.

THERE’S ALWAYS MORE
There’s always more that goes on behind the scenes of a final logo design. Sometimes you end up with some other pretty cool designs that didn’t make the final cut. They also deserve some recognition—so here they are.

When learning and creating, our progress is not a straight line, we go through highs and lows. Additionally, the best music can express these highs and lows.
